Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 1–2 working days to Northern Ireland and 2–4 working days to Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland after dispatch. These are estimates and may vary due to courier delays. Orders are typically processed within one working day. Read our shipping policy.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
Yes.

Do you deliver to the Republic of Ireland?
Yes. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

How tall is the olive tree?
183cm (approximately 6ft), including the nursery pot.

Does the tree come assembled?
Minimal assembly is required. Shape the branches after unpacking.

Can the tree be used outdoors?
The tree is designed for indoor use.

What pot is included?
The tree comes in a basic nursery pot, ready to place inside a decorative planter.

Returns

Can I return my order?
If you change your mind about an online order, you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. You then have another 14 days to send it back. Email hello@knotandleaf.co.uk with your order number to arrange a return. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty or not as described.

What if my tree arrives damaged?
Email hello@knotandleaf.co.uk with your order number, a description of the damage and photographs if available. We will help resolve the issue.
